{"id":40599,"date":"2026-01-30T10:31:57","date_gmt":"2026-01-30T10:31:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.reciplasa.es\/?p=40599"},"modified":"2026-03-18T08:45:25","modified_gmt":"2026-03-18T08:45:25","slug":"reciplasa-culmina-amb-exit-el-projecte-didi-comboost-per-a-optimitzar-la-biodegradacio-de-bioplastics-en-plantes-de-compostatge-industrial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.reciplasa.es\/va\/reciplasa-culmina-amb-exit-el-projecte-didi-comboost-per-a-optimitzar-la-biodegradacio-de-bioplastics-en-plantes-de-compostatge-industrial\/","title":{"rendered":"Reciplasa\u00a0culmina amb \u00e8xit el projecte d\u2019I+D+i\u00a0COMBOOST\u00a0per a optimitzar la biodegradaci\u00f3 de biopl\u00e0stics en plantes de compostatge industrial"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>En col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb l&#8217;UJI,\u00a0AIMPLAS\u00a0I\u00a0CEBIMAT, l&#8217;entitat ha desenvolupat un additiu microbi\u00e0 i una eina predictiva que milloren la viabilitat t\u00e8cnica i econ\u00f2mica del tractament de biopl\u00e0stics<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Castell\u00f3 (30-01-2026). \u2013 <\/strong>Reciplasa\u00a0ha culminat amb \u00e8xit el projecte d&#8217;investigaci\u00f3\u00a0COMBOOST, que llan\u00e7a resultats rellevants per al sector de la gesti\u00f3 de residus i l&#8217;economia circular, despr\u00e9s d&#8217;aconseguir avan\u00e7os significatius en l&#8217;optimitzaci\u00f3 de la biodegradaci\u00f3 de biopl\u00e0stics en condicions reals de compostatge industrial. La iniciativa ha abordat un dels principals reptes actuals del sector: la falta d&#8217;alineaci\u00f3 entre els temps de degradaci\u00f3 dels materials compostables i els cicles operatius de les plantes de tractament.<\/p>\n<p>A partir de l&#8217;an\u00e0lisi de residus urbans, el projecte va identificar l&#8217;\u00e0cid\u00a0polil\u00e1ctico\u00a0(PLA) i els materials basats en mid\u00f3 termopl\u00e0stic (TPS)\u00a0com els biopl\u00e0stics m\u00e9s presents en els fluxos de residus. Amb l&#8217;objectiu de millorar el seu comportament en processos industrials de compostatge, l&#8217;equip investigador va a\u00efllar i va estudiar m\u00e9s de 120 microorganismes, seleccionant finalment el bacteri\u00a0Aneurinibacillus\u00a0thermoaerophilus\u00a0per la seua elevada efic\u00e0cia\u00a0degradativa\u00a0i la seua estabilitat en condicions\u00a0termof\u00edlicas.<\/p>\n<p>Com a resultat,\u00a0COMBOOST\u00a0ha desenvolupat un additiu microbi\u00e0 optimitzat que permet intensificar l&#8217;activitat biol\u00f2gica del proc\u00e9s de compostatge, afavorint una fase\u00a0termof\u00edlica\u00a0m\u00e9s estable i accelerant la desintegraci\u00f3 dels materials compostables. Aquests avan\u00e7os han sigut validats tant a escala de laboratori com en assajos pilot, emprant productes reals del sector de l&#8217;env\u00e0s.<\/p>\n<p>De manera complement\u00e0ria, el projecte ha generat una eina predictiva basada en el model de\u00a0Monod, que integra variables clau com la temperatura del proc\u00e9s i l&#8217;\u00e0rea superficial dels materials. Aquesta eina permet simular diferents escenaris industrials i es planteja com un suport estrat\u00e8gic per a l&#8217;ecodisseny de nous productes compostables adaptats a les condicions reals de tractament.<\/p>\n<p>El president de\u00a0Reciplasa, Sergio Toledo, ha destacat que \u201cels resultats de\u00a0COMBOOST\u00a0suposen un pas avant per a millorar l&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia de les plantes de compostatge i avan\u00e7ar cap a un model de gesti\u00f3 de residus m\u00e9s sostenible, reduint el risc de generaci\u00f3 de macro i micropl\u00e0stics i garantint un compost de major qualitat\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Amb la finalitzaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquesta fase del projecte,\u00a0COMBOOST\u00a0consolida una base tecnol\u00f2gica i cient\u00edfica que contribueix a millorar la viabilitat t\u00e8cnica i econ\u00f2mica del tractament de biopl\u00e0stics, alineant innovaci\u00f3, sostenibilitat i necessitats industrials reals, i refor\u00e7ant el paper de la investigaci\u00f3 aplicada en la transici\u00f3 cap a una economia circular.<\/p>\n<p>El Projecte COMBOOST \u00e9s una actuaci\u00f3 aprovada per l&#8217;Ag\u00e8ncia Valenciana de la Innovaci\u00f3 (AVI), ajudes del Programa de Projectes estrat\u00e8gics en cooperaci\u00f3, convocades per la Resoluci\u00f3 de 9 de mar\u00e7 de 2023, i dirigides a l&#8217;enfortiment i desenvolupament del Sistema Valenci\u00e0 d&#8217;Innovaci\u00f3 per a la millora del model productiu per als exercicis 2023 a 2025. Est\u00e0 realitzat per Reciplasa en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb altres entitats com s\u00f3n la Universitat Jaume I, Aimplas i CEBIMAT.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aposta per la innovaci\u00f3 i la investigaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cal recordar que el comprom\u00eds i l&#8217;aposta de\u00a0Reciplasa\u00a0per impulsar i aplicar la investigaci\u00f3 i la innovaci\u00f3 als seus processos de tractament de residus \u00e9s cont\u00ednua. Aix\u00ed, a m\u00e9s del projecte d&#8217;investigaci\u00f3\u00a0COMBOOST\u00a0que ara culmina, l&#8217;empresa p\u00fablica mant\u00e9 actius altres projectes com s\u00f3n\u00a0COMPOLABEL, recentment aprovat per l&#8217;Institut Valenci\u00e0 de Competitivitat Empresarial (IVACE) dins del programa Projectes de R+D en Cooperaci\u00f3 (PIDCOP-CV)\u00a0i que ha sigut subvencionat amb 7.911,77 euros cofinan\u00e7ats pel Fons Europeu de Desenvolupament Regional (FEDER). Aquest nou projecte, amb seu a Onda (Castell\u00f3), se centra en el desenvolupament d&#8217;un nou est\u00e0ndard de\u00a0compostabilidad\u00a0i etiquetatge per a pl\u00e0stics biodegradables, basat en condicions reals de compostatge industrial.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, est\u00e0 iniciant un altre nou projecte denominat\u00a0ADISAFE\u00a0per al desenvolupament d&#8217;additius bio-basats aplicables a nous pl\u00e0stics compostables ambientalment segurs i validats en sistemes rellevants de\u00a0compostabilidad\u00a0industrial.
